The Training and Placement Cell of IASMS act as the fulcrum to uplift Students career by bridging the gap between the Industry and Institute. We facilitate the students to explore the current era of employment and career avenues. We hand hold our students in the form of counselling and mentoring wherein they come to know about their strength and weaknesses, interests, aptitudes and abilities eventually helping them to choose the right career.

Rigorous training programs are scheduled throughout the year from the day of the commencement of their course till the completion in order to shape their career. Corporate Executives are invited in the campus to deliver corporate message and set standards to their flickering expectations. Unique training programs are delivered where the focus is on Grooming, Aptitude and Reasoning and Mock Interview.

Our students have undertaken internships in reputed firms that include Amazon, G-Factor, Funds Room, Zinglin, Super77, Reliance etc.
