7	MANAGEMENT QUOTA: KMAT/MAT/CMAT: Entrance Exam to be written and Original Score card to be submitted PGCET QUOTA: PGCET: Original Admission Allotment copy from and Fees paid receipt from Karnataka Examination Authority
8	SC/ST/OBC students who wish to apply for scholarship should submit Caste Certificate & Income Certificate issued by Government of Karnataka
9	5 Pass Port size photos
