I have started my career with Northern Trust as Analyst and it’s been almost two years now

The MBA program helped me to select and shape my career

How did you get your first relevant role related to the career you are working in now?*

I got the job through walk in drive at Northern Trust at the end of third Semester

What is your greatest professional achievement to date?*

I got a strong understanding of the work process and I am a valuable asset for the team

What do you enjoy most about your work and what are the biggest challenges?*

My job allows me to keep improving myself and constantly develop my skills, which is something I enjoy working with.

What advice would you give to someone thinking of pursuing a similar career route and what skills/experience do you consider to be necessary?*

My advice would be to be Good at the basics and improve one’s skill set relevant to the preferred profession.
