IASMS has been actively organising international academic events, beginning with the conference Convergence 2023. In 2024, IASMS organised an International Conference in collaboration with the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Bengaluru North University, and the University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS), Oman. Building on this momentum, IASMS recently hosted Convergence 2025 in association with PUTRA Business School, Malaysia, and UTAS, Oman, further expanding its international academic and research collaborations.
Established in 2004, IASMS is affiliated with Bengaluru North University and approved by AICTE. IASMS has been conferred the 2(f) status by the University Grants Commission (UGC), reaffirming its academic credibility. The institution actively pursues strategic collaborations to enrich learning and strengthen industry engagement. Notable among these are MoUs with Young India (CII) in January 2025 to empower youth leadership; the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Karnataka (AWAKE) in May 2024 to foster entrepreneurial growth and internships; and Springboard in November 2023 to introduce specialized certification programs enhancing students’ professional competencies.
