The HR Club of IASMS ignited the spirit of collaboration and leadership with its flagship event, Synergy 2025, held on 15th July 2025 at the Multi-Purpose Auditorium. True to its name, the event brought together students in a celebration of teamwork, strategy, and communication through immersive HR simulations. The energy was palpable as participants stepped into an arena of learning, laughter, and leadership, proving that when individuals come together with a shared purpose, extraordinary outcomes follow.
The event coordinated by Dr. Kruparani M C unfolded through four thoughtfully designed rounds, each tailored to develop essential HR competencies. The Rope Warriors tested coordination and trust, as teams navigated a task requiring physical synergy. In Unity Stack, students were challenged to build the tallest and most stable structure with limited resources, symbolizing strategic unity under pressure. Each task became a living metaphor for organizational dynamics, emphasizing balance, mutual support, and adaptability.
The intellectual heartbeat of the event pulsed in Solution Square, a case-based HR challenge that demanded quick thinking, empathy, and team-based problem-solving. Participants presented real-world HR solutions, blending creativity with strategy. The final round, Basket Blasters, introduced a competitive edge, combining aim, timing, and teamwork in a fast-paced scoring challenge that had the auditorium buzzing with energy and cheers.
Beyond the excitement, Synergy 2025 served as a powerful learning platform. Students discovered their individual leadership styles, navigated group dynamics, and learned the art of listening, negotiating, and decision-making in high-pressure environments. The activities reinforced the essence of HR understanding people, enabling collaboration, and driving collective success.
