Dr. Reena Shyam, the esteemed Director of IASMS, was conferred with the Best Paper Award at the ICRSP 2024 held at the Management Development Institute, Murshidabad, West Bengal. Her seminal work, titled “Leveraging AI for Capacity Building and Training Need Analysis (TNA) of Sales Forces in B2C Space: A Strategic Approach to Enhancing Employee Performance,” illuminated the transformative potential of artificial intelligence in revolutionizing workforce efficiency and productivity.
Not to be outshone, Ms. Dimple Kaushik and Ms. Neethu Akshara ascended to academic distinction by securing the Best Paper Presentation Award at the National Seminar on “Viksit Bharat @2047: Emerging Momentum Business Strategy and Consumer Dynamics”. Held on the 22nd of February 2025 at Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Adarsha Mahavidyalaya, Assam, the seminar bore witness to their exemplary research contributions. Ms. Kaushik’s incisive study on “The Impact of Online Reviews and Social Media on Customer Engagement for North Indian Restaurants in Bangalore” shed light on the evolving consumer engagement paradigms in the digital age. Meanwhile, Ms. Akshara’s meticulous exploration of “The Impact of Social Media Marketing on Consumer Behavior: A Focus on Brand Strategies” delved into the intricate interplay between marketing tactics and consumer psychology.
