The Graduation Ceremony 2025 of IA School of Management Studies (IASMS) unfolded on the morning of 11th October 2025 with an air of pride, fulfilment, and nostalgia. It was not merely a ceremony but a celebration of perseverance and transformation, a culmination of years of intellectual pursuit and emotional endurance. The event was masterfully compered by Prof. Sreeranjan Menon T, whose poised narration and eloquent cadence lent a rhythmic flow to the
morning’s proceedings. The solemn procession of the Chief Guest and dignitaries marked the beginning of an unforgettable academic milestone.
The ceremony commenced with the Invocation and Lighting of the Lamp, followed by the resonant strains of the College Anthem, evoking a sense of unity and institutional pride. The stage then belonged to Dr. Reena Shyam, Director of IASMS, who delivered the Welcome Address with characteristic grace and gravitas. Dr. T. Somasekhar, Chairman of the Indian Academy Education Trust, then declared the Graduation Ceremony open, his address underscoring the Trust’s unwavering commitment to excellence in higher education. The introduction of the Chief Guest, Mr. Satish Kota, Founder and CEO of NavaTies Solutions Pvt. Ltd., followed soon after. His entrepreneurial journey, from a visionary thinker to a transformative leader, stood as a shining testament to the very values IASMS seeks to instill in its graduates.
The heart of the ceremony pulsed with emotion during “The Journey We Shared” a visual and narrative tapestry that revisited the laughter, learning, and labour of the graduating class of 2023–25.
This was followed by “Reflections”, an evocative segment of alumni messages, where voices from the past resonated with gratitude and reminiscence, bridging generations of IASMS achievers. The presentation of Course Certificates and the recognition of the Course Topper – Ms. Keerthika V and the Best Outgoing Student – Mr. Mithun Gowda further illuminated the spirit of academic brilliance and perseverance that defines the institution.
The Chief Guest’s Address was a masterclass in inspiration. Speaking with clarity and conviction, Mr. Satish Kota urged the graduates to think big, dream big, and achieve big. He reminded them that the world belongs not to those who follow the familiar, but to those who dare to imagine the impossible. His message, a call to transcend limitations, embrace innovation, and persevere through adversity found a deep echo in every heart present. His words transformed the hall into a crucible of ambition, where every graduate was urged to step beyond comfort and script their own destiny. His words, infused with warmth and vision, reminded the audience that education is not merely the acquisition of knowledge but the cultivation of wisdom, empathy, and purpose.
The ceremony moved toward its serene conclusion with the Graduation Prayer Moment of Grace and Blessings, followed by the solemn Administration of Oath, wherein graduates pledged to uphold integrity, professionalism, and service in all their future endeavors. The Vote of Thanks, elegantly delivered by Dr. Madhavi Latha C.H., expressed heartfelt gratitude to every contributor from the visionary leadership of Dr. T. Somasekhar to the tireless faculty who shaped the
graduating class.
Finally, as the Chairman formally dissolved the ceremony, the hall reverberated with the strains of the National Anthem, a fitting finale to an occasion that celebrated not only achievement but aspiration.
The smiles captured in the subsequent photo session were radiant with hope of futures yet to be built and dreams yet to be realized. The day concluded with a fellowship luncheon, where laughter, nostalgia, and new beginnings mingled in perfect harmony, a befitting end to a day that had indeed been, in every sense,a symphony of dreams.
