Crafting the Future of Branding: The Logo Competition at IA School of Management Studies

On the 7th of March 2025, IA School of Management Studies witnessed an exhilarating convergence of creativity, design, and branding excellence, as the Marketing Club hosted the much-anticipated ‘Logo Competition: Design the Future of Branding’. Held in the vibrant space of Seminar Hall 2, this dynamic event provided students a platform to express their ingenuity while delving into the art of logo creation, a cornerstone of brand identity.

The competition challenged participants to transcend conventional boundaries, urging them to conceptualize a brand from the ground up, encapsulating its essence into a logo that spoke volumes. From selecting an innovative product to devising a visually captivating emblem, each design was a testament to the students’ strategic thinking, creative flair, and understanding of brand values. The event’s judging criteria, encompassing creativity, relevance, visual appeal,
and scalability, ensured that every design was evaluated with the precision and rigor befitting the world of professional branding.

As students navigated this exciting journey, they not only sharpened their aesthetic sensibilities but also gained invaluable insights into the nuances of color theory, typography, and the intricate dance between design and brand identity. The competition fostered a deeper appreciation for how logos, as visual signifiers, can wield the power to communicate a brand’s narrative with compelling clarity.

With guidance from Prof. Afzal Basha, the Marketing Club Coordinator, this event was an overwhelming success serving as both a creative outlet and a stepping stone into the competitive world of marketing.
