The IA School of Management Studies (IASMS) organized an Expert Talk on 16th July 2026 titled “From Classroom to Boardroom: Finance Leadership, Startup Growth, and Building a Successful Corporate Career.” The session was delivered by Ms. Manasa Hegde, CA, Head – CFO Services, Baker Tilly ASA Group, Bangalore, who shared valuable insights on finance leadership, startup growth, corporate expectations, and the skills required to build a successful career. Through real-world examples and an interactive discussion, she encouraged MBA students to embrace continuous learning, leadership, and strategic thinking. The session was highly informative and inspired students to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry practice.
