The Centre for Industry Partnership (CIP) delivers continuous pre-industry training throughout the course duration, ensuring students are consistently prepared for professional engagement at every stage of their academic journey. Deferred Placement Policy

For those interested in entrepreneurship or research-first careers, IASMS offers a Deferred Career Engagement Policy. This allows students to delay recruitment for up to six months and join industry cohorts with the next batch. The result is a safe environment that allows for experimentation with business ideas while maintaining access to formal career pathways.
